The kit itself is cool and worked out fine, but dealing with support was just kind of frustrating. I had a missing part and reached out, then didn’t hear back for a few days. When they finally replied, it didn’t really answer my question, so I had to follow up twice. Product is good, but the service just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I got this for my dad and he ended up really enjoying putting it together. It did take a bit of patience, and I found myself checking in to make sure it wasn’t too frustrating, but he seemed happy with it in the end. Overall, it was a good gift.

I got frustrated trying to assemble this. A couple of the parts snapped while I was putting it together, which made the whole thing feel cheaply made and way more annoying than it should’ve been.

The kit itself looks good, no issue there... but wow the instructions were confusing. A few steps felt like they were just skipped over, or explained in a way that didn’t really make sense. The pictures didn’t help much either, so I kept stopping and guessing which part was supposed to go where. For the price, I expected the directions to be a lot clearer. ended up being more frustrating than fun

I was excited about this kit at first, the wood pieces do look really nice. Putting it together was kind of fun in the beginning too, like... it has that cool little project feel to it.

But once I got into the mechanics, it started getting frustrating. Some of the gears kept catching, and I ended up sanding more parts than I expected. Even after doing that, the movement was still jerky, and it would stop a lot.

Maybe I just got a slightly off one, I don’t know, but for the price I was expecting it to work a bit better. It’s a nice idea and it looks cool when finished, but... it just wasn’t very reliable for me

I had fun putting the models together and they do look really nice once they’re finished. That said, for the price, I expected the quality to feel a bit more solid. A few pieces were fiddly enough that I was worried they might snap, which made the whole thing feel a little less reassuring. I don’t think they’re bad kits, but after this experience, I’d probably think twice before buying another one at full price

It showed up later than I expected, so... that was a little frustrating. But the box was in good shape when it arrived, so overall it was okay

I really wanted to like these, and to be fair, you can tell there’s a lot of effort in all the little details. They’re just a little too busy-looking for me. Once I put them on a shelf, they felt kind of cluttered and old-fashioned rather than decorative. I can see how someone else might enjoy that style, but it’s just not really my taste...

I waited in line way longer than I expected just to pick this up, which was annoying. The kit looks nice at first, but once I started using it, it felt kind of fragile. The quality is okay overall, just not as sturdy as I was hoping.
